Concept
We will brainstorm your ideas with you and help you visualize how your desired functionality can be packed into a slick, compact, usable product. The focus of the project would be user experience, usability, styling and technology. We will help you determine what is it going to take to get your ideas to mass manufacturing.
Prototype
We will design a functional prototype for you for proof of concept. We will work with you to deliver 3D and 2D designs of each component in the product, and will help you procure functional prototypes.
Manufacturing
Design for manufacturing is the optimization of the prototype design for mass manufacturability. This includes considerations such as durability, structural integrity, ease of manufacturing and cost. This may be an iterative process optimizing the design on the basis of CAE results and discussions with the suppliers. We will design each component for you through these various stages and provide you the designs you need to kick off your suppliers.
